ChemClean Mart is a B2B directory and lead-generation platform for cleaning products, lab chemicals, pharmacy instruments, and glassware. We connect buyers with sellers so they can communicate directly. We are not an e-commerce store. We do not sell products ourselves, process payments, handle shipping, manage cancellations/returns, or take any commission on transactions. Any deal - pricing, delivery, payment terms, quality, warranty - is negotiated and completed entirely between the buyer and seller, offline from this platform.
Sellers must register with accurate business details (name, company, contact information, GST number where applicable) and are subject to admin approval before their listings go live. Buyers can browse and submit enquiries; account information you provide must be accurate. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
Sellers are solely responsible for the accuracy of their own product listings, pricing, specifications, certifications, and any claims made about their business or products. ChemClean Mart does not verify the underlying quality, safety, or legality of listed products beyond the account-level checks described in our verification process (e.g. GST verification). We reserve the right to remove any listing or account that violates these terms or applicable law, at our discretion.
When a buyer submits an enquiry, it may be shared with the relevant seller(s) so they can respond directly. We are not a party to, and have no responsibility for, any resulting communication, negotiation, or transaction between buyers and sellers.
You may not use this platform to list illegal products, submit false or fraudulent information, impersonate another business or person, scrape or misuse other users' data, or attempt to interfere with the security or normal operation of the platform.
The platform is provided "as is." We don't guarantee that any seller will respond to an enquiry, that any product will match its listing, or that the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ChemClean Mart is not liable for any loss or damage arising from transactions, communications, or dealings between buyers and sellers, since these happen independently of the platform.
We may suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, at our discretion, with or without notice.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
